When friction loss in the team happens on a personal level, conflict mediation is required as a special type of team development. Different personalities of the team members, unclear expectations to others, intercultural differences or sometimes simple misunderstandings are a fertile ground for inter-human conflict. Once they become consistent, team work becomes torturous.
